The President of the Pancretan Association of America is elected every two years at the biennial convention by delegates representing all the member chapters. The President is responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of the Constitution and Bylaws, has the power to hold trust funds, execute decisions of the Board of Directors, and supervise overall functions of the organization.
