KPHTH Magazines
KPHTH HISTORY – KPHTH has been a cornerstone of our organization and has been communicating with our members since 1929. The first American publication for Cretans was published under the leadership of Sam Kounalis of the Minos chapter, Salt Lake City in 1923. Soon, 1,000 copies a month were distributed world wide. In 1927 the Omonoia chapter of New York began publishing its own newspaper KPHTH. In November, 1929, the 21st issue of Omonoia’s publication KPHTH became the inaugural newspaper of the Pancretan Union in America under the leadership of the first National President Vladimir Constantinides.
